Advice-considering 92 excella 1000

My husband, son (4) and I are considering a 92 excella 1000 34 ft.
Owner has had 2 yr. she lived in it while home buying. Says in excellent condition. Had "a few leaks that were taken care of" and replaced flooring in bedroom.
How do I know if the leaks were taken care of properly? How should they be sealed?

Any questions I should ask?
Tips?
How much should a 39 ft excella of that yr cost?

On the right side column of the Portal page there are two links that you might find useful. Look for a link to volunteer inspectors. Submit a request there and you might find an experienced Airstreamer who's willing to look at the trailer you're considering. In the finer print under that title, there's a link to an inspection checklist. Download that, print it, and take it with you to the trailer.
