Boy, I'm going to have a really bad day at work tomorrow. I think I'll call in sick so I can get my A.S. fix/prescription refilled.

Sorry about that! I am installing a new help desk system and needed some special features installed on the server. Well they conflict with another feature and we got that horrible loop. I could not login to the control panel to turn the applications off because I got the loop trying to login.

We are all set know. Sorry for the inconvenience and we should have smooth sailing now...

Forums Withdraw'al !!

Thats cool, I thought I did somthing wrong I was replying to a thread and it took me about an hour to type it out ( one finger typer) went to post it and that was the end. Went into panic mode after that was toatly lost all night. This morning called a friend to get ahold of some one on the site to e-mail me about the 404 and he e-mailed back he could not get in, so no news is good news I guess. The net just is not the same without airstream forums.

I had the same problem and tried to isolate it and identify the cause. I determining that my log-in might be messed-up, as well as the ability to link. So I tried to E-mail a Forum Administrator. But no Email addresses are listed. I had to get the original old Welcoming letter and reply to it with my problem. However that E-mail address is no longer active.
I recommend the Administrator’s E-mail be listed on the home page so in the future we can go outside the Forum’s home page to send a notice of a problem.
This is serious- -I was having AS Forum withdrawal symptoms.

The symptom I had was that any link I tried, brought me back to the home page. I was so desperate that I created a userid on the Fashion Forum so I could pm Andy to make sure he knew about the problem.

Pretty desperate.

I find this forum has become an addiction and like any addiction, you don't realize how strong it is until you have to do without.I want to commend Andy for what he has done here.

What I've done is copy all the threads onto a CD, then when the forum goes down I can open the CD and pretend that the forum is still working.

And I can write nasty flaming repsonses and nobody ever sees them.

This was the hardest day in my entire life... I had the Oops 404 error Message the whole day. I really didn´t know what to do with my time and ended up cleaning the house!! My wife really likes it and I think she might try to install an Oops 404 error message on my computer, that she can activate when she wants me to do some housework...

But I still can´t lock onto the portal page. My Browser asks me if I want to download a file. Anyone with a clue out there??

Take C'Air

Oops 404 message is gone! Thanks Andy. This Airstream Forums addiction is hard to kick...but then again, who wants to?

I am getting short duration 404 errors when loading the aistreamforums.

Does this mean I am on double secret pre-probation? I don't think my warning level has changed.
