22ft sport owners got some questions

Well been looking for awhile and I would love to have a newer 23ft international but not going to happen yet.

So I found the 22 ft sport, I love the layout and interior the best part is that it fits our budget and my truck( 09 Nissan Frontier) and it seems perfect for what I want a travel trailer for, weekend away 2-3 days and maybe a week for vacation. I just would love to here from the owners out there of what they think of theses trailers? Pros cons.
I am 6'3" and the wife's 5'9"-10" or so this would be my only questionable problem would be the sleeping the wife doesn't think the bed is big enough me I don't care I would sleep on the other table/bed and would be fine.
Yes I'm looking at the one on eBay right now and 2 others similar.

Thanks for any info.

Osolow,

The Airstream Sport on E-bay is the one I just gave up on trade to Woodland Travel Center. It is immaculate and was stored indoors when not in use. I doubt it will go for less than 30k, since that's what they paid me for it. I can tell you that you would love it. Very nimble and maneuverable, and we had an extra deep-cycle battery added to the trailer for longer boon docking trips.

We decided it was time to buy a bigger Airstream, and went with the 30' Flying Cloud. The only complaint that I would have is that you can't access the bed from both sides, and I have to crawl over my wife at night to get to the restroom.

Congrats if you are able to get it!

Osolow...we have the 16ft and I think the bed is the same as in the 22 ft. My husband is 6'3 and we fit in it fine! I agree with Hibby though...the only downside it having to crawl over my husband when I have to use the bathroom at night

Good luck! If you get your Airstream (even if you don't) you should join us at the Air Midwest rally in May. Here's the link.

Keep us posted on your hunt.

I feel like such a fool... I don't know why I never suggested that my wife should have the other side.

We have over 20K on ours and love it. Have spent up to 3 weeks at a time on the road mostly mountain terrain without any problems. The only change I made was to replace the GR24 battery with a GR27.
