1st Anniversary!

One year ago today I moved into my Airstream fulltime.

I was a complete novice(not that I'm an old pro either), as I never owned a travel trailer prior to this one.

I first started off at another forum, as this one wasn't up yet, but soon changed over. I asked all of the newbie questions and the support that I received allowed me to leave FL for BC with some level of self-trust.

A special thanks goes out to Andy @ InlandRV, as he was our resident Gruru. After returning and being away from the forum for 6 months, I was pleasantly surprised to see the growth within this forum and how other knowledgable Airstreamers were sharing their wisdom.

I would like to thank them all for taking their time out and making this forum what it is today, AWESOME!!

As for those who have become familiar with me, you still see me asking some very basic Airstreaming questions and I want to thank you all for still sharing your tips, ideas and suggestions!!

And lastly, I want to give a personal thanks to Andy/Organic Hosting for maintaining this FREE forum for all of our learning and enjoyment- Thanks Andy !!

My 1st year is coming up in March. Can't remember the date, have to look it up.

Are you staying in FL for the duration, or migrating North as the weather changes?

I know of other member who bought their A/S about a year ago too, must have been something in the water. Congrats on your's too!!

I'm heading to northern NM for the summer. I'm going to be a campground host at a State Park.

Hey Ya'll,
Just wanted to say how encouraging it is to see your posts about anniversary dates of retirement. It gives us hope, as sometimes it seems so far away! We're enjoying our Safari though as often as we can and dreaming of the days when we don't have to schedule our RVing around work!
