1975 Trade Wind maiden voyage is booked

I just booked 2 nights at A campground for our maiden voyage with our new to us camper. We know that there is a lot of work to do on our Trade Wind, but we want to try it out anyway. We are getting new tires tomorrow and giving the interior a good scrubbing over the next couple days. Plumbing worked well when it was hooked up when we bought it Friday, power works, awnings are loosened and working, breaks work great,... After this weekend, we will know what is really needed.
We plan on building a top bunk for the mid bed area. Currently, we have the front couch/bed and one couch/bed in the middle. With two kids, we need another bed. Has anyone built a top bunk in this floor plan? Any suggestions in doing it?
