Well I'm going to let someone else take a shot at this setup first. I haven't seen any of it before.

This is perfect. What modern fitting do you have clamped in there?

I used a male rotating bayonet hose fitting by Valterra $5.66.
Do you have the old ellbow?

Mystery fitting

Here is the elbow fitting that came with my 64 Bambi II. The male fitting on the black tank is not standard and will not connect to any of the modern "adaptors". I have modified the elbow to attach to a modern sewer hose.

Bingo! That's what I started with. And a trip to Home Depot to get the rubber pipe connector and some hose clamps.
Let it flow!

What was your modification did you shave it down or just use a coupler to take on a new male? Thanks for the help.

Not sure why I had such a brain fart but realized all I needed was a ValTerra male on the business end of the reducer!

Yep, the reducer may not be needed but a cuppler is what I ended up using. Good luck.
