Julie, I tried to find the thread about the rear-bumper seal issue, but it eluded me. Can someone help Julie here? I remember one couple had a big problem with floor rot in the rear due to unsealed bumper. JC eventually replaced the floor. Others had same problem - it was a "good" thread about a bad thing.

I did find this thread about the 2005 model year. Haven't gone through it -
maybe there is something there that will help you.

I'm confused by the picture with your hand between the components. Is that beween the "banana wrap" (the curved trim around the bottom of the trailer) and the floor? Trying to figure out where the belly pan (the very bottom-most panel of metal) should be in that...

I'm asking because I assume that some of these seams are left open, like those at the bottom of the banana wrap and the belly pan, so that water can drain out from above.
