15 inch wheels, 6 inches wide, zero offset, 6 lug, minimum 2600 pound rating.

I own a 59 tradewind and it is on 14.5 " rims. Any chance a 60 is the same?

The 14.5 wheels were basically mobile home wheels, that's not really around any more.

You can safely use 15 inch wheels, just make sure that they are rated for at least 2600 pounds, per wheel.

When I recoved this trailer from West Virginia I took 15" six hole from one of the 54 safari along with me. The wheels could barely fit in the wheel well and the rim would not fit onto the hub. I towed her home on what looked to be original tires. Those tires are old but look to almost perfect. No checking or dry rot at all. They are 12 ply tires. My Tradewind is actually the nicest towing trailer I have ever pulled.

For what it's worth my 60 Caravel had 15" rims on it. Get the tape measure out and save yourself the headache of getting the wrong wheel. FAQ's
Keep in mind that standardization was not the name of the game with Airstream back then.
