Question wheel well stiffeners

In our '71 31' International twin center beds, there are no wheel well stiffeners parts #01144, which are shown in the owner's service manual (1973) item #52. Since we have the interior out, should we get some and install them? Any idea on how much they cost? Thanx, silver suz' husband
