Wheel well frame help

In a recent incident I hit a chute from a cement truck with my curb side wheels. Am seeking replacement wheel covers, and need to find how to repair or replace (preferably) the aluminum framing (Not sure of the name) around the top of the wheel well. The chute severely bent the back part of mine and did break a part of it. It also separated it from the other piece of aluminum framing. It appears to be a two part fitting. Pictures attached. Any advice or help would be really appreciated.

All you need is the "outer" wheel well molding. It looks like the inner molding is still good.

Thanks Andy,

Is that readily available on the West Coast, or a bit inland?
