Rear wheel panel repair

Help!!!! On the return home from our first trip out in our newly purchased 24' 1974 Trade Winds Land Yacht, two miles from home we had a blow-out on the rear right tire causing the tread to break away from the tire. The tread flew off and it tore the belly skin and dented the aluminum directly behind the wheel well. My husband wants to know if we can order a new belly pan for directly behind the wheel well and where the part can be ordered. Any other ideas on the best way to fix this would also be appreciated!

My question is, the trailer was tilted to the back a little when we were pulling it. Would the fact the trailer was not being pulled level increased the chances of the tire blowing? The Airstream needs to have a new clear coat, so any recommendations of reliable places to get that taken care of around southwestern Colorado would be helpful also.

Thank you for any help. I love the trailer!!!!

Post pictures so we have a better idea of the damage, patches may be possible.... Were the tires old? Manufactured by? More info is needed...

As I was posting this last night my husband removed the damaged piece from our Airstream. As suggested, I took some pictures of the piece, but I have had no luck moving them to this site!!!! It looks like he needs a replacement sheet of metal, but we do not know where we might be able to send an email with the picture to see if the piece can be replaced. I am not sure if a dealer would have the piece or if there are other distributor that could send us a piece.

Thanks for the response, but I am afraid I am not much help with limited computer skills.
