I am looking for a wheel well housing

I am restoring a 1957 airstream. I am looking for a wheel well housing. It is on the right side, but I dont think that matters. It measures to be 13.5x34.5. Does anyone know wher to find one, or if that is what it is called. It has two layers with installation between.
