69 Land Yacht WHEEL WELLS

My wheel wells need replacement... Interior is gutted and has rigid closed cell insulation. Any ideas? Should I have them built from metal, or are there plastic preformed covers available? I am puzzled by how to make a secure/weather-tight attachment between inside skin and the wheel well.
Thanks so much!

The interior wheel wells in my 69 are a green vacuum molded plastic, I think your best bet is to find parts from a donor trailer or have someone bend up some metal ones.

I believe I have seen a mention on here of someone buying new ones from AS to try to use them but that the new models turned out to be too narrow to give the tires clearance.

I would recommend putting a wanted ad on the classifieds

Are you talking about the metal wheel wells or the plastic cover that goes over them?

Either way, you can take them out, and bring them to a sheet metal shop. The can make new ones out of galvanized steel or aluminum.
Not all those who wonder are lost.
