Vent Assistance/Advise Needed

Sorry if this is the wrong place for this post but I find the site so big I figured general is where to start. I need new/used (vintage if possible) vents for the top of my 1966 Caravel, we had such a bad winter the snow just took them off. One measures about 7x7 and is the stove vent, the other is about 24 in long on the same side and I don't know what it vents. Need help, who knows where to find them? I think they were plastic?
