Roof vent repair

We purchased a used 2007 safari a few years ago.
Our roof vent was not fully closed on our last trip and nearly flew off while driving.
The crank arm was bent and needs replacing.
My question is about the hinge. It seems very loose when trying to install the lid.
Are these compatible? Or am I missing a piece?
