Roof restoration

I have been reading through the forms on sealants and coating for 4 hours. I'm pulling my hair out. Many of the forms are over 4 years old. Many of the products discussed are now discontinued. I've talked to factory reps that are trying to sell me on their newest latest greatest money maker for them. And BTW $800 for this wonderful new roof coating. I just can't pay that.
So, if you guys/gals would please give me some solid direction on
Roof to Panel sealants
Roof to Awning sealants
Roof to Skylight and fan sealants
White roof paint sealants

I saw a product I was very interested in That is a roof paint with ceramic in it. I talked to the factory rep. That is the one that tried to sell me on
Enviroflex 4 gallon pales only and I would need 2 4 gallon pales BIG $$
Thank you for revisiting this subject.

For any seams on the roof, I would highly recommend ParrBond to lay a bead along the seam, then cover that with some EternaBond AlumiBond tape. You won't have to worry about those seams for a LONG time.

The ParrBond CAN be found in a caulk-gun size if you need it.

The EternaBond seemed pricey to me, but it works WONDERFULLY! Well worth it!

I see that Airstream supply recommends Acrylic-R 16Oz and the applicator (extra)
Anyone used this verses the Parabond?

My Rv guy swears by liquid roof epdm. Says it has a 15 year guarantee. The company states it is compatible with metal to metal. No where on this forum have I seen this used.
