Maintenance on roof needed?

I recently purchased a 2006 25' Safari. The roof is pretty dirty (covered in lichens), but doesn't seem to leak. Other than regular cleaning, is there any maintenance needed up there? It's always been stored outside in the rainy pacific northwest.

We have a 2005 Safari 25FB that we have had from new. We have washed the grime from the roof a couple of times. Other than that, we have done nothing to it.

Ours has lived in the NW most of it's life, get a serious, safe ladder, and clean that roof as much as needed, otherwise, it will skunge-up and be almost impossible to clean. We use "Mother's" wax and put an application on three or four times a year. It's really easy to stain those dears, especially up north. While you're up there check the seals around everything and be on the lookout for pulled rivets.
