Astrodome replacement procedure
Howdy!!!
Our 99 Excella has a warped and aged/ original astro/Astra dome on the bow roof vent.

It appears to be mounted to two aluminum "L" bar with closed end rivets. Once I remove the rivets, should I reinstall with screws, washers and Nylock nuts or re-rivet?

Anyone done this and cares to share their experience?

Ok... So I figured it out... Cut off the rivets. Re-rivet using 1/8" dis, 3/8"grip range rivets. Dab of sealant (arsenal) on rivet exterior.
