Astrodome

I am looking for a replacement for the front Astrodome in my 65 Safari, i have not seen one in the classifieds, and vintage trailer supply has been out of stock for close to a year, anyone have any suggestions as to an original or even aftermarket replacement that might be rwadily available ?

I have pondered making one out of plexi, any thoughts ?

Go to inlandrv.com. I just replaced mine. I use the smoke color that reduces sun heat but still allows you to see the stars at night.

I have an original astrodome for sale. It is off my 1958 Flying Cloud but I know it fits many other years and models. Let me know, I can get you exact measurements to make sure. I am taking best offer. Thanks!

Silver, I have bought several things from vintage in the past, but as I mentioned in the original post, they have been out of stock for forever. If the one off of Montana's 58 will not fit, I will probably just order one of the smoked ones from Andy, I have certainly come to know that nothing dealing with an Airstream is inexpensive, but I am still having a hard time forking over $150 for a piece of plastic. A big thanks to inland RV for keeping that sort of stuff in stock, I need to replace the stove vent and the fridge vent cover as well, so I will be ordering them very soon. I am almost done with the roof !!
