85 Excella roof vent exterior plastic source

I have an 85 Excella 34' with three roof vents with fans and translucent plastic skylight panels.

The portion of the vent which opens has an inner and and outer plastic panel. The outer ones are shot. They are aproximately 1 x 1 foot and are riveted to the aluminum vent cover.

What is the right type of plastic to replace these plastic panels with and where can I source it?

Thanks

Many owners replace the entire cover, with either a milk white or solar gray cover.

Either one lets in more daylight.

I replaced two of our 3 with FanTastic vents and we are very pleased with the results.
Andy do you guys have the cover noted, that may be a good idea for our middle one.
Thanks, Kevin

Well, I found it pretty quick on your site. How hard is this to install?

Having a cool one at the same time, maybe an hour.

Without the cool one, until finished, maybe 10 minutes.

I redid my "plastic" with Lexan from Home Depot. Cut to size, drilled holes for rivets, riveted on and laid a bead of vulkem under the lexan as a gasket.

Thanks for the replies. I will give the Lexan solution a try.

a tip you already may know -If you cut the lexan through blue masking tape it will cut smoothly..using a laminate blade on your saw. Then drill your hole for the rivets.

Home Depot has the Lexan in both clear and smoke color. I am in the process of doing the exact same thing to my 86 Excella 34'
