Sagging rear bumper

My rear bumper on my 1997 34 ft trailer appears to be sagging. There is a 1/2 inch gap at the corners of the trunk and around the rear of the body.

Is the bumper bolted to the frame? If so, how do I tighten it?

This is a known problem with longer trailers. Please click on the blue thread, it has infomation on your problem. Also do a search on "Rear End Seperation"
