Protecting Bumpers

This is my 30 year old ARGOSY bumper after stripping the original paint and some polishing.

(Aluminum bumper propped in place for the photo only)

We’ll bring the shine up with a little more work

How do we protect the shine? Is there a clear coat, preferably sprayed on, that will last?

Sergei

Airstream produces aerosol spray cans of "Clear Acrylic" for just this sort of task. Available from any Airstream dealer for about $17 a can.
