Old Rubber Covered Bumper
My 1999 Excella has a rubber coating on a three piece bumper. It was caulked by PO and that is drying out. When I remove the old caulk any ideas of what to replace it with?

Will do..where are these guys that are so handy? If you followed me in the last year you would know I don't have a clue. They have saved my neck many times..hehe!
