Thumbs up Thank you

I saw this the other day and finally found it again. Our 1967 Caravel needs this. We are new to Airstream and have been using the forum for info. We have the old floor pieces out and have made repairs to the frame, some joints had failed, some frame pieces need replaced. Next is the Por 15 on the frame then we hope to be able to start putting the new marine grade plywood back in. Any suggestions about sealing the edges on this. Wondering if Flex Seal is an option.

No on the flex seal! It won't seal well, is very fragile, and won't last long. It's like spraying on a thin rubber film that doesn't stick well. It's a joke.
Fiberglass epoxy or penetrating epoxy brushed on. You don't need the fiberglass itself.
You can also use porch and floor paint.
I wrapped the edges in several layers of aluminum tape as a last measure before putting the floor back in.
Are you replacing the whole floor? If so you can paint the whole top with porch and floor paint as well. Leave the bottom unpainted (except bottom edges) so the wood can breathe and dry out if (ok when) it gets wet.
My recommendations.
