Bumper Fix

My 65 bumper has a concave dent in the center.I realize that it is part or the frame in the rear.Any problem with cutting it off attaching some ears to the frame and making it bolt on?Did Airstream weld these on for stucture ,or to cut production cost by not making it removable?

I think it is better to weld it back, you should be able to heat it up and work out the dent.
I wouldn`t go with the aluminum back bumper it just wouldn`t look right. Dave
