This is where the A frame attaches to the belly pan. On my '69, they are plastic and cracking. Are there replacements available?

I don't know the correct name for it here, but on a building I'd call it flashing. Try contacting Andy at Inland RV, I'm sure he'll be able to give you the correct name and part number.

Yeah, I guess it would be considered a kind of flashing. It's weird, there's not a consistent rivet pattern attaching it, nor any visible sealant around the edges.

I do architectural sheet metal and I call that a penetration flashing. What I would do is just make those out of aluminum or stainless steel. The only difference that I see is that the molded flange out to the frame would have to be eliminated. A curved piece of metal notched for the frame would be easy to fabricate. A few rivets and some caulk and your done. If you don't want to rivet into the banana wrap you could weld a couple of tabs to the frame to rivet to but if you did this I would go with "stainless steel".
