3/4 done

Here are a couple more pics of the belly pan and trailer wireing. I have been going back and forth between the belly and hunting down parts for my axles. Included in the pics are a couple shots of my spare tire carrier that I installed under the front of my trailer just behind the tongue. Enjoy!

Looking great! Putting a new belly pan on is the one step that makes me shutter. I hate that pan! But it sure does look good!

Thanks guys, the belly pan is actually finished but I got a little distracted with the axles, dropping the shell back on, replaceing the lower rear pannels and buck riveting. There are a few more rivets and the street side banana wraps to call it complete. Hope to finish up this weekend and post pics. The belly pan is not hard at all to replace it just takes time. There is also a lot of tiny jobs to do before you can do the big jobs. The spare tire carrier is pretty cool if anyone wants more detailed pics let me know.

Don't want to get too far off topic, but what buck rivets do you use and where did you get them and your rivet gun? Also wondering sizes on the buck rivets. Cheers!

I used these type of solid rivets from Vintage Trailer Supply they are mainly used for the exterior sheet metal. I used these type of rivets for the belly. I got my gun from the same place.

I got the spare tire carrier from Inland RV. It was a bit of a pain to install but I had the frame taken apart which made it a bit easier.
