Removing Underbelly Skin, Insullation

Newbee here asking a question on removing the belly skin. I am looking at purchasing an AS and want to ensure the frame is in good shape as well as remove the old fiberglass. I will have some basic rust prohibitor work done to the frame while the skin is off as well as replace the insullation. Is this a huge task if the frame is in good shape and just has some surface rust? Cost?

You're not saying the size and year, but you need to drill out about 50-75 rivets, get the trailer on 4 or 5 2x6's so you can get under, the pans will drop down but not off, they will stay attached by the water tanks and belt molding.

Just crawl in remove the pink stuff, wire brush the steel,
paint with POR-15, rivet it all back.
