Mouse proof?

Hi, on the last day of our trip, we noticed that we picked up a little hitch-hiker. My wife heard a noise and opened the kitchen cabinet under the sink and saw something move/disappear. I also found some tiny calling cards/evidence. I never experienced this before and since our trailer is fairly new and not damaged, I didn't expect this to happen to us. We also stay in campgrounds, not fields. Even though I didn't think this would ever happen, I stuffed stainless steel pads into my front frame ends to prevent easy access to varments. I have read about gaps in the lower body and until now, I never did anything about them. I bought and placed six mouse traps inside of my trailer, [four sticky and two motels] but we never caught anything so I believe he left. There was no food or water that he was able to get to. I used spray foam to close off some mouse sized gaps.

(1.) Front and rear wheel wells on both sides.

(2.) I had to remove my steps to gain access to fill those gaps.

(3.) There were gaps where my tanks overlapped.

(4.) Over the stainless steel wool inside of my frame ends, I filled them up too.
