No need to paint the c channel. I have pieces in my 55 fc that are as shiny as the day they were made. Control the leaks and they will last a very long time.

Well the po really did a half ass job on this one. Looks like they patched in a floor under the water heater.
It's got to go and now I'm pretty sure the kitchen is coming out.
