You can make a "paint", but be very careful.
You can mix some corn starch with water, that will allow you to paint it on.
Also, if you wish, you can add some food coloring to it, for even more fun.
Hosing it off, should remove it with no problem.
if the clearcoat is shot, then anything you use can and will remove some of the paint.
