Small Clearcoat Repair advice needed

I have a small spot where the clearcoat on my '99 Safari has come off on the rear, roadside endcap. About the size of a half-dollar. What is the best way to reapir so it doesn't spread further, and still looks decent. Otherwise, the clearcoat is perfect.
