Permanon Clear Coat

We have a 1999 25' Safari that has just been polished to a mirror finish to remove various dark streaks that were impossible to remove any other way. We're considering applying a product called Permanon as a clear coat to protect the new finish. Has anyone tried it? What has been the result?
