Paint Stripping for plastic Tail light covers

Hey I have been stripping the paint from my Argosy for the last 2 weeks. ALMOST THERE, YAHOOOO!!!!!! But I just realized the tail light covers are made of plastic and the Jasco stuff I am using eats through plastic really well. Trust me REALLY WELL. how do I strip those parts? Would I be better off just leaving the paint and spray paint over them?

Thanks
