Paint Repair Primer

I have a number of very small paint bubbles, on my 1990 345LE Motor Home, in both the Red and Grey painted areas. I have the paint and am in the process of cleaning the bad areas. I checked with PPG for a recommended primer and they said to use an epoxy they sell which must be sprayed. The areas are two small for this. Does someone know of an aluminum primer that I can just dab on with a brush? I intend to just brush on the paint. Do I need a primer at all?

Thanks

primer..

Heya

If it's a small area I guarantee you could use one of the spray cans of auto metal primer...aluminum is pretty much the same to work with as steel...

If larger Benjamin Moore makes high quality XIM metal primer (I used this on the inside of my 58 Travaler before I painted the top coat

Best

Will
