Before and after pictures of Kevin and Steve's work.

Like a previous poster, I wanted an original shine, and the clearcoat knocked down the shine to a near original sheen.

In additional to the polishing and clearcoat, P&S installed a new AC unit, and furnace. Kevin Zolatoned the interior and it looks great. They did everything they promised and at the quoted price. They also did dozens of little improvements at little or no additional cost.

I can't say enought about the quality of the people and their work at P&S.

I'm taking the Tradewind back to them in a couple of weeks to have them install a new ZipDee awning in an unusual vintage fabric.

Dropped off Airstream in Helena!

Some before pics of our Airstream. You can see clearcoat peeling on top front and rear. Also, how bad the entire front of the Airstream looks. There is a lot of work to be done there! We heard the Airstream went travelled to Alaska once, and that is where most of that damage is from?! There is also peeling on both sides of trailer that started this winter. We will post after pics once we pick it up. We are anxiously waiting

Had a complete clear coat and some major collision damage repaired by P&S in March 2003. Sold the trailer in 2007. At that time the clear coat still looked pristine. Great people to work with!!!

BTW, the collision damage was extensive. Curbside was a mes!

After pictures of "AIRHEAD" !!!!!

P & S did a wonderful job! Looks like a new trailer! I would highly recommend them to anyone. They also have a mechanic, we will be using their services in the future. We are fortunate we are so close to them.

Dropped off our '90 Excella two weeks ago at P&S. Will go back to pick it up this coming spring. New Clearcoat and awnings all the way around. I cannot wait to see her when she is done!

I had heard the many favorable comments on P and S. I took my 2000 34 up to just have the front center cap done. I have taken back once to have it redone and I'm very disappointed. I will not use them again.

Wow! Sorry to hear that! May I ask why you had to take it back?

The only part of my unit that had some peeling was the front center cap . We had done a major interior renovation after purchasing it and wanted the front cap refinished. I took it to P and S and they refinished just the center cap. A few months later it started to peel in places. I called and took it back. Left it for 2 days, waited in a nearby hotel, and when I went to pick it up, they had not refinished it but just added more clearcoat. So the places that had peeled were still visible. I told them I was very disappointed thinking they would offer to do it to my satisfaction but they did not offer to do that. I just left and plan to have the local dealer put on a new front center cap.

When I have to deal with this type of issue I clarify up-front exactly what the proposed fix is so both parties are aware of the situation. It sounds like that didn't happen with you. The comment on being disappointed would have been followed by "and dissatisfied. What are you going to do to remedy it?" (
Walking away from them is the same as saying "I'm very disappointed, but I'll live with it."
Sorry this happened to you. Not so many businesses are anxious to be re-doing work on their dime with the economy what it is. It would be nice to hear that they agreed to repair it without even being asked, though.
Best to you,

Rich the Viking
