Is sanding enough?

Or do I need to strip this right off?
Opinions and advice please.
I do want to repaint our Argosy a different colour than it is now, an as yet to be determined colour, but not white or off white.
Definitely darker pastel colour though.

Cheers

So I am thinking aggressive sanding and chipping away the flaking paint, fill where required with Bondo, re-sand and then undercoat.

The Argosy original paint, well............, left much to be desired for longevity.

If you wanting a long term quality paint job, I would suggest that you strip the entire trailer, down to bare metal, and start all over again, but properly along with superior paint materials.

Covering some of the old paint, that's really dead paint, will lead to an early failure.

Thanks once again Andy!
If I ever travel to your part of the world, I would like to buy you a cold one.
