Exterior care products & warranty

We are in the process of punching a 2017 25' FC. The dealer has recommended that we purchase a product called TRIDENT, it's a clear coat protection product which lasts 5 years, eliminating the need to wax your trailer for 5 years.
He has also suggested we purchase EASY CARE which is an extended warranty on all our appliances.
We're wondering if anyone has purchased these products, or has any knowledge/opinion if they are worthwhile. They sound good, but do we really need either one of them.

Subscribed as interested party. We pick up a 2017 26U Saturday and I'd love to hear about exterior skin maintenance. My dealer told me we just needed to wash it with a mild, non-abrasive soap and the polish should last. Abrasive soaps tend to scratch/remove the polish necessitating the need to repolish.

We were also offered an extended warranty that extends full coverage until 72 months. We took it because honestly I'm at that point in my life I'd probably rather have warranties for everything.
