Ambassador Owners

I am repainting the orginal Ambassador logo plate located to the right of the main entry door on my '78 29' foot Ambassador and need a good pic of what it looks like correclty restored (ie what colors where orignally used).

Please post a pic of the correctly restored logo plate.

Help much appreciated.

My '78 Ambassador is stored 10 miles away. When I get over that way next I will click some pictures for you, unless someone else does it first.

Don't have a shot of that, but got a reproduction at Vintage Trailer Supply that was exact. All I had to do was have the serial engraved on it.It would take too much of my time(that I could use polishing) trying to get it right around the bike.I think the whole thing was about $35 including engraving.I will take a shot tomorrow and post it. I just found the "International" 20"x16" trim piece. It needs alot of cleaning and repainting. Have the original on the roadside. If you want I can send a picture of that. The "new" piece is cast aluminum and has a slight bend I need to try and straighten out so it will fit on the curbside of the AS. Any suggestions on how to bend it back into place?
