Just as a side for our roast chicken meal this past Monday. I do use cranberries in dishes, just not this one.

Tonight, simple fare:
"Red Reubens" - My own take on the grilled deli-style sandwich with prepared sweet red cabbage substituted for the traditional sauerkraut. Yummy.....!
Good for those who don 't like sauerkraut. The red variety which comes proocessed and packed in a jar is very mild.
