Left overs!
Left over home made French bread with shaved deli roast beef, covered with home made French onion soup and a sprinkling of freshly grated romano cheese.
I confess - this menu idea came from a Rachael Ray show earlier this week and I have made enough for the week!

We're leaving for the Desert in about 20 min. So we'll eat someplace on the way.
