What is in a name?

I've noticed many interesting airforum handles. Some are more or less obvious what they mean, I.e. overlander63. Mine is hueytownalss. Simple. I live in Hueytown Alabama and my vintage kin is a 1978 28' Silver Streak. What does your handle mean?

My handle is Baseman, which was an accident, I put my last name in and the auto spellcheck turned it into baseman. It was a week before I even noticed it, so I just left it.

I'm kind of a boring person, so I just used my first name and the first letter of my last name. I know - booooorrrring.

We LOVE to boondock in the Adirondack State Park....

"Cloudsplitter" is a translation of a Native American word the Mountains.

Mine is because I am an Interior Designer and my husband is an Architect. InsideOut Design was our company name at the time before we merged with another firm a couple of years ago. When we first joined the forum we shared an account...but that didn't last long~

Tinbad

Mine's my name but that was before I came up with Tinbad the Trailer....obviously a play on Sinbad as my profession is maritime.
How do I change "handles"? I tried once and gave up.
Thanks
Del

Mine is "Whitsend", being the first 3 letters of my last name, and . . . . end?
You have to know my daughter came up with that name, for my little ranchita home, and she figured my "end" would come while I lived there. I know, sorta morbid??

Just bought our first airSTREAM from Mr. ROLLIN, which is what we're going to do when we hitch her up!
And we're probably going to name her Maebeline after Mrs. R who's the sweetest lady you ever met!

How do you get an empty nest anyway?

Our kids keep coming back in and out and then we got Grandma eight years ago. She is going to be 94 next month and is going strong. We also get the two grandkids every summer for a week or two. When people say "What's it like to have an empty nest?" I respond with "I'll let you know when we finally have one." Is there some kind of repellent we can set out that keeps them at bay?

How about "Kids never gone"!!! Ours are 25 and 20, still in school and, still at home. And we have 86 year old father-in-law with us well.
