How do you get an empty nest anyway?

Our kids keep coming back in and out and then we got Grandma eight years ago. She is going to be 94 next month and is going strong. We also get the two grandkids every summer for a week or two. When people say "What's it like to have an empty nest?" I respond with "I'll let you know when we finally have one." Is there some kind of repellent we can set out that keeps them at bay?

How about "Kids never gone"!!! Ours are 25 and 20, still in school and, still at home. And we have 86 year old father-in-law with us well.

Look for us in the latest headlines "Bismarck couple dumps Grandma and kids at the bus station with all of the tags on their clothes cut out."

Ganaraska comes from the Ganaraska river which runs through my home town of port Hope Ontario. I use the same handle on various bulletin boards. I just always liked the sound of it, Ganaraska Ganaraska Ganaraska.
