I think in the bylaws somewhere it says your supposed to. Please use your search function and get up to speed with what is required/mandatory at rallies and what is just plain supposed to be there. Thank you.

Except at the Airstream Rally in 29 Palms in "sunny" California...
The person below me doesn't like to take their Airstream out in the rain cuz it might get wet and spotty.
