Buffing in the buff is a spiritual thing to me. And after the neighbors put up that fence the cops stopped hassling me.

I think in the bylaws somewhere it says your supposed to. Please use your search function and get up to speed with what is required/mandatory at rallies and what is just plain supposed to be there. Thank you.
The person below me didn't know there were strict rules and bylaws that need to be abused and misconstrued while camping.

Except at the Airstream Rally in 29 Palms in "sunny" California...
