Not able to get a photo that would make any sense of it, but the Single Soldiers' Barracks on Fort Jackson has no fewer than 12 handicapped parking spaces. None of the buildings are handicapped accessible and there are no handicapped soldiers. Lack of parking has always been a problem at this complex, but park in one of those unused spaces and see how long it takes to get yourself a ticket. Must have been "military intelligence" that set that one up.
