(OMG - this thread has had me in tears! Thank you moderators for letting everyone have some fun with this! Life's too short not to have side-splitting laughter everyday!)

No, no, that's not true!

If you go to rallies, you will meet some of these folks and have to look them in the face or whatever!

There are a LOT of frequent fliers on this thread.

Rallies? Aren't those the places where everyone brings their units into a circle and talks about the best techniques for rubbing them to a good shine?

I go away for most of the day and this thread is in the same spot as when I left. On top.
Here's a Lumerick that fits the topic.

The trailer was quit after a hard day of travelin,
When of a sudden it was bucking like a stallion.
When the neighbors came knockin,
To see why it was rockin,
They noticed the Around The World Medallion.

That's day one.

By day three it has progressed to the "show 'n shine."

I suppose an Airstream rally "potluck" can be defined as an orgy (of food, et. al.), but I'm having trouble imagining what that would look like.

That might be a very popular rally. No, maybe it wouldn't be.

Hey Fly: Just noticed your signature line. This thread gives your signature quote "Life's a short runway - use it all" a totally new meaning, hey?

In many languages nouns are either masculine or feminine. What would an Airstream be considering what it looks like?

Or, are Airstreams hermaphrodites?

I was to do a walk through on a new Airstream with a middle aged couple. I looked all over the place, and couldn't find them. I went into the Airstream, and found them trying out their new bed. I've since learned to knock on the door before entering any trailer on the lot, and they learned to lock the door...
