Now there's a corporate cross-polination for ya: Airstream's Limited Edition Viagra model. Never again worry about peeking under your belly to discover a sagging cross-member!

But seriously folks! I've been married for 11 years, and I'm a one-woman man. And thankfully, she's strictly a "monocoque" kind of gal as well.

bredlo, wait til you are going on 39 years. Don't know exactly where it was, but in a thread someone was trying to convince his wife they needed an AS and I commented that it was our "love nest". And that has not changed.

At this rate, the yearly posts would be over 26000.
I believe this thread should now be declared a "STICKY"

The "earth moved for us" while camped in the Airstream at York in the UK.
Unfortunately it turned out to be an earthquake - only 2 point something on the Richter scale!!!!

It has to be said that changing the goucho foam from our 79 when we got it was a necessity, very worn out. Next time we will leave off the buttons as well. We have a queen in the back and one day the entire room will be a mattress as well so the kids have more room, however, it will be fun when their gone!!

I've got to get new wood. For my goucho. It's dry rotted.

Years ago, when "The Tonight Show" was hosted by Johnny Carson, he interviewed "Bill", a 104 year old man who had just bought a new motorhome and was embarking on a tour of the lower 48 states. This guy looked not a day over 70 and was very sharp...

They were discussing his life, and the topic of love and marriage came up. Bill had already outlived 2 wives, and had just married a 69 year old lady (35 years his junior!) a few years before.

Johnny quips "It doesn't matter how old you are, it's so nice to have companionship"

"Yeah, that too!", Bill replies with a mischevious grin.

Johnny gets this startled look on his face and says "Uh... really?... aren't you worried about a heart attack or stroke?"

Bill pauses for a moment, then answers completely straight-faced "I hadn't thought about that, but I guess if it kills her, it kills her."

I remember tears rolling down my cheeks on that one!

We have one of those liquid dispensers attached to the wall of the shower for shampoo, conditioner, and soap. I've thought about putting one in the bedroom for, how shall we say, massage oil.

Man, oh man, this thread is so much more fun than the "What's For Dinner Tonite" thread.
Golly Beaver, I thought the "What's For Dinner Tonite" thread was the prelude to "Dessert"?

I know you think you understand what you though I said, but I'm not sure that what you heard is what I actually meant!
