Immature, unstable, goofy, and generally rebellious. But not me, I'm pre-war (WW II that is). Senile fits for me.

That "pop" reminds me, does anyone know where I might get tins of octopus legs? All they carry at the local grocery stores is sardines.

Go to the video store and rent Octopussy. James Bond has the answer in the 3rd reel.

Creamed herring, anyone?

Any Oriental grocer, but really, why not just get fresh and prepare it yourself?

I felt like some baby octopus but didn't find a recipe that appealed to me tonight so thought I'd post this original one that came out well.
250 g baby octopus (about half a dozen) 1/2 cup water 1/2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil 1 teaspoon garlic, crushed 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped 1/8 teaspoon dried oregano 1/2 lemon

Bring water to boil in a small covered saucepan.
  1. Place octopus in saucepan, cover and reduce heat to medium-high and cook for 10 minutes. This is a lazy way to steam / boil them.
  2. Remove from heat and drain remaining water using the lid.
  3. Add olive oil, garlic, parsely, oregano and squeeze the lemon over the top and mix together.
  4. Place on pre-heated medium BBQ grill plate and cook around 2 minutes with the head facing down and around 5 minutes with the tentacles facing down.
Emmmm Emmmm Good

Who knows of a good grill that will fit inside of an Airstream storage compartment? I got mad at the lack of storage and modified my mid bed to raise it up enough for a coleman lantern to fit underneath. It's 16" tall.

I use a small Coleman grill--taller thah their two burner camping stove but smaller in footprint. Cheap on sale, like $29.

Do you mean real snow, or snow that is predicted? You see, those are horses of different colors here is eastern VA.
