rememberance- emotional We owe combat vets for protecting us, and our way of life. I would like everyone to contact their respective Congressmen and Senators about increasing the pay and benefits for these brave people.

Retired from Feds. as internal auditor re: pensions, benefits, etc.
Canada also, has not amended legislation regarding war time service, since WWII. Unfortunately, any changes to Acts and/or legislation tends to be a frustrating, lengthly process. However, widows and family members have contacted the media in regards to the lack of support, and now it has become a national outrage. Politicians have been forced to demand change.
