I sure hope not because if they did that means they broke into my storage facility. Happy Halloween!

I don't expect any kids to be tricker treating in the national forest. If they were, I'd have concerns.

Something knocked on our door. Not sure who, or what it was.
We didn't answer.

We're in a CoE campground and heard that there might be some, so we bought some candy. Turned on the outside lights, left the curtains open with lights on inside and waited. Saw a group walk past but they didn't stop here. When I took the trash down to the dumpster a few minutes ago I heard that our neighbors were outside. Since I knew that they had at least one youngster I asked if they had had any trick or treaters. The answer was "two." I replied that that was two more than we had gotten, so they sent their two kids over.

I guess Jo Ann and I will be eating lots of candy during November.

The Florida state park where I am currently actually has signs up saying no trick or treating.

Had some neighbor kids stop by... High school kids very curious about the airstream.... Cool guys, great costumes.
Playing ghost in the graveyard after dark. They invited me to join them later and stop by to hang out and have a brew with their pops!

They were mesmerized at the fact a man and his family travel out in the world full time in such a splendid machine!

We are at Disney Fort Wilderness and handed out 1000 pieces of candy, one piece per child. Lots of fun! Joe

Where will you be in your Airstream Halloween night this year?
Will you have Trick-or-Treaters?
Do you decorate your Airstream for Halloween?

We just got back Sunday from Halloween camping. We love this time of year. Even better when the fall weather is good. We always take big bags of candy with us. The costumes are so neat. Some people have real talent.

We had zero trick-or-treaters! I guess it will be up to us to eat all those Reeses, Twixt, and York Peppermint Patties! Darn!

So...
Are YOU expecting any trick-or-treaters at your Airstream's door this year?

We just spent the weekend at Cajun palms rv resort were they specifically set aside three weekends for Halloween festivities. Golf cart decorating, site decorating, adult, child and pet costume contest. It was really nice and people went all out! We had a few decorations and my granddaughter really enjoyed it. We’re going to be at home for Halloween, but I plan to relax in my folding chair outside my parked Airstream’s door.

This way I can keep an eye on it and still hand out candy. Our alpha male dog loves to sit outside and watch (and get petted) while the trick or treaters come by.

The gate here locks at 6:00pm, so unless there are children already inside, they'll not get in to trick-or-treat after that.
